ZDS2682 Two-Component Silicone Potting Compound – Weatherproof Protection for LED & Electronic Assemblies
ZDS2682 is a two-component condensation-cured silicone potting compound formulated for waterproof potting of lighting products and other electronic components exposed to outdoor environments. With excellent weather resistance and long-term aging stability, ZDS2682 provides a durable moisture barrier that protects sensitive components from water, dust, and harsh conditions.
This fluid potting system features a mix ratio of 10:1 (A:B). Component A is available in black, white, or gray, while Component B is transparent, offering both aesthetic flexibility and functional clarity during encapsulation.
ZDS2682 is designed for room temperature curing (cannot be heat cured), with a pot life of 30–50 minutes and complete curing within 2–4 hours. Once cured, it forms a flexible elastomer with high elongation (≥200%), moderate hardness (Shore A 20–30), and thermal conductivity of 0.6–0.65 W/m·K, making it ideal for heat-dissipating assemblies.
