ZDS527 is a single-component, dealcoholization-type silicone adhesive specially developed for bonding, sealing, and reinforcing components on electronic circuit boards. Engineered to meet the strict demands of electronics manufacturing, it has passed the UL94 V-0 flame retardant test and complies with REACH and RoHS environmental standards, ensuring safety and global regulatory compatibility.
This paste-like adhesive offers fast skin time (5–15 minutes) and high Shore A hardness (55–65), making it ideal for applications that require precise positioning, mechanical stability, and strong long-term adhesion. With a thermal conductivity of 0.6–0.7 W/m·K, it also assists in heat dissipation from circuit components.
ZDS527 is available in black or white, offering aesthetic flexibility while maintaining performance across a wide range of industrial applications.
