ZDS527-H Two-Component Silicone Potting Compound – Low-Viscosity, V-0 Rated Protection for Electronics & Power Systems
ZDS527-H is a two-component, addition-cure silicone potting compound engineered for waterproof potting of water pumps, electronic instruments, thermal meters, and power supplies. Its 1:1 mix ratio, low viscosity, and self-leveling properties make it easy to process in both manual and automated production environments.
Formulated for high thermal and flame resistance, ZDS527-H cures to a flexible, robust elastomer that provides excellent environmental protection and electrical insulation. With a UL94 V-0 flame retardant rating, it ensures safety and performance in mission-critical electronic assemblies.
Both Component A (black/gray) and Component B (white) combine to form a uniformly cured potting material with consistent density (1.64±0.5 g/cm3) and smooth, void-free finishes.
