ZDS6280 Two-Component Silicone Potting Compound – High-Performance Thermal & Moisture Protection for Electronics
ZDS6280 is a two-component, addition-curing silicone potting adhesive specifically developed for moisture-proof and shock-proof protection of electronic components, drive power supplies, and network transformers. Engineered for use in harsh environments, it maintains stable performance and rubber-like elasticity across a wide temperature range of -40?°C to 200?°C.
With a 1:1 mix ratio and fluid consistency, ZDS6280 enables easy pouring and void-free encapsulation, making it ideal for use in automated potting and casting systems. The cured elastomer provides excellent resistance to aging, weathering, moisture, and mechanical stress, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor electronics.
ZDS6280 also offers enhanced thermal and flame resistance, achieving a UL94 V-0 flame retardant rating, and has a high density (2.6 ± 0.1 g/cm3) that contributes to its robust mechanical properties.
